IBM Global Business Services is currently seeking PeopleSoft Application Developers. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, and a lifelong learner with demonstrated technical skills and academic credentials. The candidate should also be flexible and adaptable enough to perform application management on a variety of platforms, depending on changing business needs.
Desired Skills and Abilities: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technical background with minimum of 3 years experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience on PeopleSoft applications (v9.0 or above) using v8.49 or greater, PeopleCode, Application Engine, PeopleSoft Component Interface/Integration Tools, PeopleSoft Application Messaging, Query and Reporting (SQL experience), SQR, Crystal Reports Development experience working with DB2 or Oracle Database Management Systems (DBMS) in a UNIX operating platform Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Proven leadership, communication and organizational skills, with a focus on the customer Ability to achieve results while working under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Exposure to proven methodologies Ability to provide nightly and weekend support to batch processing delivery operations
